Joshua Gordon

President and CEO

Joshua, an entrepreneur at heart, is the co-founder of JAG Products and the original architect of ClinicTracker. He leads his company with a passion for building world-class software that has allowed for thousands of healthcare providers to improve workflow productivity, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes. He has managed the product evolution for decades, and continues to spearhead product development while serving as CEO. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s College of Engineering, has received many distinguished awards as a CEO, and has spoken internationally about entrepreneurship and software design for medical records.

 

Michael Gordon, PhD

Co-founder, Managing Partner

Dr. Gordon is a Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at Upstate Medical University and co-founder of JAG. His role as a director of child and adolescent mental health services at a major medical center was the catalyst for the original design of ClinicTracker. Prior to his retirement, Dr. Gordon oversaw the sales and marketing team, influenced the design of new features and help documentation, along with providing executive oversight in other areas. Dr. Gordon remains a trusted advisor to JAG, offering his clinical knowledge, management experience, and research skills to the team.

Alycia Basile

Director of Client Success

Alycia brings to JAG over 20 years of customer service, revenue management, and IT experience. Her passion for client success and requirements development, coupled with her demonstrated ability to implement innovative technology solutions, makes Alycia well poised to lead ClinicTracker’s Implementation, Support, and Billing Service departments. Alycia most enjoys helping clinics accomplish their business goals and accommodating unique use cases.

Ashley Harris

Director of Sales & Operations

Ashley is responsible for operational initiatives at JAG and drives the executive business strategy across the company. Her passion for developing a customer-focused culture, while building strong teams and improving operational efficiencies allows her to serve JAG in a multifaceted way. She also brings to JAG years of executive management experience in both sales and marketing. Ashley’s healthcare career catapulted after finding her passion while serving in both implementation and quality improvement roles as a subcontractor for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Chris Johnson

Sales Operations Specialist

Chris is a Union College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Economics, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a concentration in Finance and Management. With over fifteen years of B2B sales and leadership experience, Chris’ primary focus has been on creating custom solutions for customers that deliver an impactful return on investment by increasing productivity, efficiency, and revenue, all while decreasing costs. Chris has an innate ability to identify customer experience enhancements and is an integral part of elevating the user experience throughout ClinicTracker.
