Job Description: Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a passionate, self-motivated Customer Experience Specialist with proven expertise in implementing enterprise-wide software and training leaders and their teams on functionality and workflows. Your deep proficiency in ClinicTracker's EHR solution, paired with strong project management, communication, and consultative skills, is essential to build enduring client relationships. Customer Experience Team
All Members of the Customer Experience Team at ClinicTracker are responsible for driving exceptional customer outcomes by leading successful implementations, supporting rapid product adoption, and ensuring mutually-beneficial long-term partnerships. Together, team members act as the point of contact for clinic leaders and play a critical role in clinic onboarding, end user training, relationship building, and account oversight.
Customer Experience Specialist
The Customer Experience Specialist supports the implementation and success of clinics by guiding clinic leaders and staff through onboarding, data migration, software configuration, training, and special custom projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new clinics, using timelines tailored to clinic size and scope
- Collect preliminary specifications for Form, Report, Workflow and Development projects
- Manage and communicate project estimates and available service hours
- Facilitate user training sessions
- Proactively monitor product adoption and offer guidance at regular check-ins
- Identify and proactively interact with accounts showing declining engagement
- Identify and close feature and expansion opportunities
- Identify and mitigate churn risks early through relationship-building and strategic guidance
