About ClinicTracker
As Joshua Gordon watched his father (Dr. Michael Gordon, a seasoned clinician and clinic administrator at a university training clinic) become frustrated with cumbersome paperwork management needs and inefficient daily workflows, he took the opportunity to make things better. Drawing on firsthand insights into the daily frustrations his father faced, Joshua set out on a mission to develop an EHR specifically designed for the needs of behavioral health. The focus was always on prioritizing an exceptional user experience. The belief was simple: the software would only be as good as the experiences that shaped it and as strong as the support provided to those relying on it to serve their clients.
That early commitment to thoughtful innovation continues to guide everything we do at ClinicTracker. For the past 25+ years, we've dedicated ourselves to making the lives of behavioral health providers and administrators easier — all while strengthening patient engagement and improving outcomes.
Shaped By Feedback. Driven By Innovation.
We know the needs of behavioral health providers are always evolving, and so are we. Over a period of decades, we’ve continuously adapted ClinicTracker to meet the growing demands of clinicians, administrators, and billing staff. We’ve helped thousands of providers lighten their load and better support patients — and look forward to doing the same for the next 25+ years.
From upgrading existing feature, to new innovations, to bringing optional AI features into the system, our team is always looking ahead. While we closely monitor industry trends, the way we move has much more to do with our user community. Customer feedback pushes us to deliver more capabilities and tools that empower high-quality, efficient care, and our ability and drive to quickly deliver on that need allows us to grow in sync with our users. This commitment has fostered decade-long partnerships and continues to guide how we grow with our users.
