Joshua, an entrepreneur at heart, is the co-founder of JAG Products and the original architect of ClinicTracker. He leads his company with a passion for building world-class software that has allowed for thousands of healthcare providers to improve workflow productivity, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes. He has managed the product evolution for decades, and continues to spearhead product development while serving as CEO. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s College of Engineering, has received many distinguished awards as a CEO, and has spoken internationally about entrepreneurship and software design for medical records.

Ashley is responsible for all operational initiatives at JAG and drives the executive business strategy across the company. Her passion for developing a customer-focused culture, building strong teams that are focused on customer outcomes and experiences, and improving operational efficiencies, allows her to serve JAG in a multifaceted way. She brings to JAG years of executive management experience in both sales and marketing. Ashley’s healthcare career catapulted after finding her passion while serving in both implementation and quality improvement roles as a subcontractor for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ashley also has years of experience working in residential facilities, so she has a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face daily. It is her daily commitment to ensure that every decision is made with respect to our client’s true needs. She is honored to serve all users of ClinicTracker and is dedicated to ensuring that ClinicTracker’s family of clients is well cared for, supported, and treated with exemplary customer service at every level.

Marybeth brings to JAG over 30 years of experience in customer support, business management, and multiple roles in Human Resources. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking, she has a passion for how a positive culture can drive performance and create an outstanding work environment. Marybeth assists with the development of people and organizational strategies to enable the growth of JAG. She believes that people are the key assets in any organization.
Director of Customer Experience
As our Director of Customer Experience, Betsey streamlines processes and empowers our teams to deliver the business outcomes behavioral health leaders are looking for. She values the relationships we build with our customers and consistently prioritizes human interactions. Prior to joining ClinicTracker, Betsey worked for 25 years in marketing and operations at a Fortune 50 company. One of her favorite roles was managing public-sector and non-profit sales operations in the Northeast market. Betsey is a dedicated advocate for her son Danny and for all athletes with intellectual, developmental, and neurological challenges. She is proud to serve on the board of directors for Syracuse Challenger Baseball, the largest and oldest baseball program in the country for children and adults of all abilities.
