ClinicTracker Has a New Look (and a New Website!)

If you’ve been around ClinicTracker for a while, you’ve hopefully noticed that we move with purpose. 

When we make updates, it’s because our clients tell us what they need and we listen. We focus on making ClinicTracker better in the ways that actually matter to the people using it every day, not on chasing trends.

But every once in a while, organizations like ours reach a point where growth calls for something new. Not because the old version wasn’t good, but because we’re building toward what’s next.

Over the past year, we’ve been doing exactly that. We’ve introduced new innovations like Clinical Scribe, giving clinics an option to reduce documentation burden with AI-powered support. We’ve continued to improve the workflows you already rely on every day. And we’ve been laying the groundwork for what comes next, including a cloud-based future for the platform.

When you see our refreshed logo and a brand-new website, it’s not just a new look. We’re continuing to build ClinicTracker in a way that supports how behavioral health clinics work today and where you’re headed tomorrow.

A Logo Refresh That Still Feels Like ClinicTracker

We’ll be honest: we love the old logo. We knew from the beginning that if we updated it, we didn’t want it to feel like a completely different company showed up overnight. 

That’s why the refreshed logo is designed to keep the same overall style, while adding a reflection of the direction we’re moving. It’s familiar enough that you’d pick it out in a crowd, but updated in a way that feels more modern and a little more dynamic.

As we’ve joked internally, we didn’t turn ClinicTracker upside down and start over, but we did turn it on its side. It’s still ClinicTracker… just with a little extra forward motion.

A New Website Built To Be More Helpful

Along with our refreshed logo, we also launched a brand-new ClinicTracker website.

We wanted the new site to feel like ClinicTracker in the same way the software does: clear, approachable, and easy to navigate. That means making it simpler to find the information you need and explore the tools that can make your day-to-day work easier.

Whether you’re a long-time customer looking for support resources (stay tuned for a newly revamped help site coming soon) or a new visitor trying to fully understand what ClinicTracker offers, the new site is built to be more useful and more informative, without feeling overwhelming.

Built for Behavioral Health From the Beginning

ClinicTracker was built to make behavioral health work easier.

That mission started more than 25 years ago when ClinicTracker founder Joshua Gordon watched his father, a clinician and clinic administrator at a university training clinic, deal with inefficient systems and workflows that felt harder than they needed to be.

Joshua saw firsthand the frustration so many clinicians feel every day. Instead of accepting it as just the way things are, he set out to build something better: an EHR designed specifically for behavioral health clinics.

From the beginning, ClinicTracker was built around the people who use it – the providers, administrators, billing teams, and support staff. Our guiding belief was, and remains, simple. Software should support the clinic, not slow it down. The tools you use every day should feel intuitive and dependable.

That belief is still the reason ClinicTracker looks and works the way it does today. And it’s the reason we’ve been able to grow alongside the clinics we serve.

The updates you’re seeing now are simply the next step in that same story: a behavioral health EHR shaped by what clinics need today and built with the future in mind.
