What if I run out of hours?

If you need more hours than you have on your account, you can purchase any amount you need, at any time. If you are in an active ProBundle Plan, any hours you purchase will be available at your discounted rate.

Can I change my plan?

Within the first year, you can upgrade your plan at any time. This will effectively cancel your original plan and start you on the new, higher-tier plan. Any hours already accrued will remain on your account. After your initial year, when you are on a month-to-month plan, you can downgrade your plan at any time.
