Clients currently use the Patient Portal to complete their initial registration, schedule appointments, submit forms, communicate with providers, make payments, join telehealth sessions, access educational resources, and more. The enhanced Patient Portal 2.0 experience includes:
- Improved Responsiveness: As more and more clients manage their healthcare from mobile devices, Patient Portal pages now accommodate screen sizes, large and small.
- Patient Messages: The new messaging tool has an updated look, with features similar to email applications that clients are already familiar with. When checking messages on a mobile device, clients will find that the messaging feature behaves like a native mobile mail app.
- Guided Scheduler: Clients now have a progress bar to guide them through the three steps to book an appointment online. Scheduled appointments display as individual cards for confirmation. Clients can also choose to receive phone or TXT reminders.
- Quick Search and Smart Charts: A faster and easier way for clients to find the information they’re looking for.
- Increased Readability: The font is adjustable in three sizes.
