With ClinicTracker's Direct Secure Messaging, you can transmit patient data to other providers in a format that complies with government regulations for enhanced encryption.
Share Information With Confidence
Federal regulations require that you transmit securely any messages to an outside provider that contains Protected Health Information (PHI). These rules are intended to ensure that your patients' privacy is always protected. We’ve made the process of following the guidelines intuitive with our Direct Secure Messaging application. Using the latest encryption technology, it lets you send messages, file attachments, and C-CDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture) records directly through ClinicTracker. In fact, if your agency uses the ClinicTracker Patient Portal, your patients will be able to forward their medical records (in C-CDA format) to outside providers, safe in the knowledge that the information will be protected.
Information Sharing Made Easy
We've embedded the Direct Secure Messaging feature into our ClinicTracker Message Center application. Your staff won’t find it at all hard to collaborate with outside providers. They will also know that all transactions will be confidential.
Direct Messaging: Meaningful Use Compliant
While we developed Direct Secure Messaging to comply with the 2014 criteria for the Meaningful Use program, you can add this feature to your system even if you are not using the Meaningful Use Edition. Just register your name and NPI number (if you have one). After a short identity proofing process you will be ready to send secure messages via Direct Messaging.
